The weekend cottages along the Amstel river in the 18th century, from “Afbeeldinge van de wijdvermaarde en beroemde Koopstad Amsteldam met d’omleggende landen” by G. Drogenham. Along the Amstel river is the Banckraes Meer and the Banckras Watermill.
